Hello dear interested persons!

We are a community of heirs and interests of 6 persons. Unfortunately our father, business partner and dear friend died in a traffic accident and now we want to sell our common project, consisting of 4 single standing two-family houses and a large apartment house with 9 apartments in Zdiar, in Slovakia. They were all newly built 8 years ago and are of excellent quality.
Zidar is a beautiful small town with a lot of leisure and sports facilities, (like mountain biking, climbing, hiking and mountaineering).

Restaurants with local cuisine, but also exclusive international cuisine, schools, shopping, 4 ski resorts and beauty farms in the middle of a completely intact nature are close by. The winter season runs from December to April.

It is possible to buy the whole complex, i.e. the 4 houses with the apartment house or the apartment house and one two family house separately.

The whole complex is offered with 6.3 million and is currently rented seasonally.  We would be pleased to inform you personally about the individual prices of the houses, etc.!
